No Tracking Updates Available
If no tracking information shows and you have chosen free delivery, please keep in mind that tracking may only update 2-3 days after you’ve received your shipment confirmation email.
Other Tracking Delays
If your order has already shipped but the tracking seems stuck on the same status for a while, here are some possible reasons:
International shipments: Cross-border packages may not show updates until they arrive in the destination country.
Customs processing: Packages held in customs may not display tracking progress until they are released.
System delays: Carriers occasionally experience delays in updating tracking information.
Carrier scanning delays: Sometimes the shipping carrier hasn’t scanned the package into their system yet, even though it has already been handed over.
