At Star Registration, we offer a 365-day cancellation and return policy, so you can shop with confidence.

Cancellation & Return Policy:

• Digital Orders
  You may cancel your digital order at any time, and we’ll issue a full refund. Your star registration will be permanently removed from our database after cancellation.
• Physical Orders (Not Yet Shipped)
  If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and provide a full refund immediately upon request.
• Physical Orders (Already Shipped)
  If your package has already been sent out, you may still request a return:
  • Wait for the gift to arrive.
  • Return it in unused condition within 365 days.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund.
