Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Yes! If you made a mistake or changed your mind, no worries—here’s what you can update and how to do it.

What You Can Edit

• Phone number
• First and last name
• Country
• State/Province
• Address line
• City
• ZIP/Postal code

How to Update Your Delivery Address

1. Click on ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER/PDF’ in the top navigation bar.
2. Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
3. Click “EDIT DELIVERY INFO”.
4. Make your changes and then save.

Note: 
If your order status is Fulfilled or Shipped, the “Edit Delivery Info” option won’t appear, as the shipping label has already been prepared or the order is on its way.
