Can I Make Changes to My Star?

Yes! If you made a mistake or changed your mind, no worries. Here's what you can update and how to do it.

What You Can Edit/Change Yourself

You can make the following changes on your own:

• Name of the star
• Date on the certificate
• Certificate design
• Personal message
• Constellation (this option is available only if you purchased a Constellation Star Gift Pack or selected a Constellation)

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER/PDF’ in the top navigation bar
2. Enter your order number and email address used during purchase
3. Click on the “EDIT STAR INFO” button
4. Make your changes and save them

These updates will instantly reflect on your digital certificate and documents.

Note for Physical Orders:

• If your order status is Being Fulfilled or On Hold, your updated certificate will be printed and shipped.

• If your order status is Fulfilled or Shipped, you can reorder updated documents through the same TRACK YOUR ORDER/PDF page by clicking the “Reorder Documents” button.

Notes for Constellation Changes:

• After changing the constellation, your star will be reassigned. You’ll see the message: “Registration in process. Your star will be assigned within 5 minutes. Don’t forget to refresh the page.”

• Your registration number stays the same.

• You’ll also receive a new “Access Your Files” email after the change
