Where Can I Find My Digital Files?

To access your certificate, star map, confirmation letter, brochures, and star atlas, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on ‘TRACK YOUR ORDER/PDF’ in the top navigation bar.

Step 2: Enter your order number and email address.

(Make sure the email matches the one used during purchase.)

Step 3: Click on the files you’d like to download.

You’ll see options such as:

• A4 & 8×10 inch Certificate Print File
• A4 & 8×10 inch Star Map Print File
• Confirmation Letter
• Sky Atlas Poster
• Find Your Star Brochure

Your certificate and star map are available in both A4 and Letter formats for easy home printing or framing.
